Working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" with the employees of branches and service centers in Sughd region.

May 21, 2022 Chairman of the Board of State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" Mr. Ikromi S.S. held a working meeting with the employees of branches and service centers of Amonatbonk in Sughd region.

The meeting was also attended by heads of branches, specialists, employees of banking service centers and heads of structural units of the central office of the Bank.

At the beginning of the meeting Chairman of the Board of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" respected Ikromi S.S. in his speech noted that every year the Chairman of the Board holds meetings with the specialists of the Bank in towns and districts for the purpose of improving the level of service of the bank service centers, as well as strict compliance with the rules of ethics and communication with customers and high sense of responsibility of employees.

During the meeting, the report of the Head of the Department of Regulation and Supervision of Banking Service Centers Khaknazarzoda J. on the activities of branches and service centers in Sughd region for four months of this year was heard.

It was noted that 19 branches with 142 centers of banking services function in Sughd region, including 1 of them which provides various banking services to the population of Sughd region round-the-clock. The banking service centers carry out various banking operations, such as money transfer of individuals without opening an account, cash operations, receipt of utilities, taxes, fines, payment of pensions and benefits, consulting services on any banking operations and other payments.

Along with this, the Chairman of the Board gave specific instructions on broad development of SMS-notifications, use of "Amonat-Mobile" program, Internet-banking and development of cashless settlements.

Following the results of the meeting the best banking service centers, BSC №362 of branch №24 of "Amonatbonk" SSB RT in Khujand, BSC №351 of branch №37 of "Amonatbonk" SSB RT in Gafurov district, BSC №249 of branch №30 of "Amonatbonk" SSB RT in Kanibadam city were awarded Certificates for the positive economic results and exemplary work of banking services.

It should be noted that such meetings of the Chairman of the Bank's Board with the employees of the banking service centers of SSB RT "Amonatbonk" are held annually and this year this initiative was continued.
